Momentum is my 3 or 6 month 1:1 business and money mentorship for creative entrepreneurs who are ready to build a business that pays them well, and makes their next income goal inevitable.
It's fully customised, high-touch, and built around three things most coaches only ever address separately:
✦ 90-minute kickoff strategy session Before we do anything else, we map your 30 and 60 day plan. You'll leave your first session knowing exactly what we're doing, why, and in what order.
✦ Bi-weekly 60-minute 1:1 calls Six calls across three months, completely tailored to where you are right now.
✦ Voxer access Voice and text support between sessions so you're never stuck waiting for the next call to get unstuck.
✦ Unlimited asset reviews Sales pages, emails, offer descriptions, pricing — send it over and I'll tell you exactly what's working, what isn't, and what to change.
✦ Financial structure setup Your Overflow Formula built properly from the start , so what comes in lands somewhere useful instead of disappearing by the 15th.
✦ Full money and revenue strategy Built around your income goal, your business model, your offers, and your brain. Not borrowed from someone else's business.

I'm a qualified financial advisor, Trauma of Money certified business and money coach. I'm also ADHD, multi-passionate, mum to a toddler, and I built this business on 2-3 days a week… because that's all I had.
Here's what that actually looked like:
Not because I'm special or got lucky, because I built a business that was designed around what I actually needed — financially, strategically, and for my brain.
I didn't stumble into the method I teach. I lived it. The Overflow Formula, the magic number, the revenue strategy built around real life rather than hustle — I built all of it because I needed it to exist. Because I was a neurodivergent mum with limited hours and a very clear idea of what I wanted my life to look like, and I needed a system that worked with that rather than against it.
And before all of that? I paid off debt on under £20k take-home. Bought a house while on maternity leave. Grew my net worth to six figures in under three years.
I'm not telling you this to flex (tho, pop off queen...) I'm telling you this because I am your client. I had the same ceiling, the same fear about raising prices, the same "where did all the money go" feeling at the end of a good month. And I know exactly what changed — not just for me, but for the 40+ clients I've worked with since.
I'm not a marketing coach. I'm not a mindset-only coach. I hold the whole picture… the business strategy, financial structure, and money psychology, so you don't have to keep hiring three different people and stitching the answers together yourself.
If you're a neurodivergent female founder who's done plateauing and ready to build something that actually pays you, I'm your gal.

Your expertise? F*cking FIRE. Your client results? Chefs kiss. Your bank account at the end of the month? Best not to mention it...
You've had some good months, maybe even great ones, but you can’t seem to keep up the momentum. You're bringing in £/$/€ 2-3k a month pretty regularly, but you want to be TAKING-HOME £/$/€ 2-3k a month, not just turning it over. You want it to fund the family holidays, to treat your loved ones just because you can – not be stressing about money every five minutes.
You've hired the coaches, joined the programmes, tried on a gazillion strategies, frameworks, and methodologies… and they work… for a bit. But then you're back to chasing, back to the drawing board, wondering what the hell you're missing that everyone else in tHe SpAcE has figured out.
With your talent and the effort you’re putting in, you should be making more, but you're missing a business that's actually designed around what you need.

It's that every single thing you've tried has been one piece of the puzzle… and nobody has ever helped you look at the whole picture at once.
The missing piece isn't another strategy. It's a business built around your life, your brain, and your actual income goals.

When you're making 2-3k a month and trying to take home enough to live on — with a mortgage, childcare, the ever-increasing food bill, not to mention the things that make life feel fun — there is nothing left over to think clearly. Nothing left to take risks with. Nothing left to invest, experiment, or back yourself with.
Scarcity makes you say yes to the wrong clients. It makes you undercharge because you need the money now, not in three months. It makes you launch from panic instead of strategy. It makes every business decision feel high stakes because financially, it is.
You can't think clearly about growth when you're worried about whether this month will cover the bills. You can't back yourself when your bank account is telling you not to. You can't build something sustainable on a foundation of financial stress.
That's why the first thing we do in Momentum isn't offers or messaging or content. It's getting your financial foundations solid enough that you can actually breathe. Because a business owner who can breathe makes better decisions. Takes smarter risks. Charges what she's worth. Backs herself when it counts.
And then the growth? That's the easy bit.
The sooner your foundations are solid, the sooner everything else gets easier.
